Delivered in partnership with SoftEd, Training Industry’s Agile Certification for HR and L&D is designed to rapidly train you in Agile methodologies, equipping you with decision tools, agile job aids and allowing for ample discussion on how Agile strategies can be used in your own organization. Completed in three five-hour sessions, this virtual instructor led (VILT) program includes a one-hour prework video and myriad additional resources for future reference. When you complete this program, you’ll demonstrate your expertise in applying Agile frameworks to create new ways of working and earn your ICP-AHR certification from ICAgile.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM COST?

The program cost is $1,895.00, which covers all course materials, the cost of enrollment and the ICAgile-granted ICP-AHR certification. Upon completion, you’ll be awarded your certification and a digital badge designating your expertise.

Before the program, you will receive access to all digital materials, including prework and a student workbook that you will use during the course. You will continue to have access to these digital resource after the completion of the course. Upon completion, you will also be awarded the ICP-AHR certification from ICAgile, a certificate of completion from Training Industry and a digital badge as visual symbol of your achievement.

Yes. This course is accredited by ICAgile and is part the ICAgile Business Agility Track.

Are there requirements for maintaining certification over time?

No. ICAgile does not charge any renewal fees and ICAgile certifications do not expire. We do encourage you to continue your professional career development with other Training Industry Courses.

DOES THIS PROGRAM COUNT TOWARD RECERTIFICATION CREDIT for other certifications?

Yes. When you complete this program you’ll earn credit hours (CEUs) toward leading HR and training certifications.

I have a meeting or other conflict that will prevent me from attending the full session. Is that OK?

Because the program is interactive and includes numerous group activities, we do not recommend missing any part of the live session. If you have an unavoidable conflict, please inform your instructor beforehand and/or contact us at learning@trainingindustry.com to reschedule your session.
