The AI Essentials for Training Managers Certificate program spans 13.5 hours and is completed online, over three, four-and-a-half-hour sessions. The program consists of a live, virtual instructor-led (VILT) class, offering you ample time for discussion, analysis and sample prompts and data sets to work from during the course session. By the end of the program, you’ll have a thorough understanding of how to integrate AI tools for learning and development (L&D) for optimized training programs. 

PREWORK

Prior to the course, you will receive instructions on how to prepare for the live session, including accessing the necessary AI technologies and course workbook to participate in course activities. You’ll also be asked to complete a short (approximately one hour) introductory activity to using Generative AI in L&D.
