RALEIGH N.C. – JULY 25, 2024 – PeopleFluent, a market leader in integrated talent management and learning solutions, today announced its latest product updates. This newest update, version 24.07, includes product-specific enhancements for clients using PeopleFluent Compensation and PeopleFluent Talent Management.
With version 24.07, PeopleFluent Compensation has updated its Compensation Command Center, which was previously only available to compensation administrators. The feature is now called the Analytics Dashboard and will allow for potential future expansions of the feature to other PeopleFluent products. The Analytics Dashboard includes 13 out-of-the-box sample charts for salary and total compensation planning, as well as an enhanced user interface. Some of the new charts include

The compensation software update also includes many feature and navigation enhancements that improve efficiency for users and streamline compensation planning, such as improved worksheet navigation and additional budgeting functionalities.
PeopleFluent Talent Management now has enhanced performance management and succession planning features. A new notification template allows performance administrators to configure and send notification emails to employees when they are assigned a new task. Delegators can also now delegate tasks for multiple workflow processes at once, saving time and improving efficiency for HR teams. The performance and succession modules’ user interfaces have also been updated to give users a crisp, modern experience that’s easy to navigate.
