The ability to use a computer is a necessity in nearly all occupations, but not all employees are proficient when it comes to the use of technology. How are companies addressing this obstacle when preparing their employees to meet the needs of current and future business operations?

To explore this topic, CrossKnowledge and Training Industry, Inc. surveyed a total of 168 companies from August to October 2015 to identify the content, availability and effectiveness of digital readiness training. This report summarizes the results and explores trends and challenges associated with fostering digital readiness in the modern workplace.
