The pace of change at work requires employees to not only build skills constantly, but to also have the right attitudes to adapt, learn and grow. And doing it all in a sometimes hybrid, sometimes in-person, sometimes fully remote environment. Employees need to be creative yet perform under pressure and deliver high-quality results. They need to embrace change more swiftly than ever before and they need the tools to connect and collaborate while managing a work/life balance.

Learning and development (L&D) plays a crucial role in driving innovation and change, and establishing positive workplace cultures. Join us and learn how to develop confident, inclusive leaders who can foster a culture of resilience and agility in their teams. See how you can build a global workforce who is ready to take on change and that remains engaged in their learning journey.

This session will provide insights on building resilience and agility through:

  • Fostering psychological safety in the workplace.
  • Creating engaging and inclusive training sessions to drive performance change.
  • Implementing best practices for global training initiatives.
