Rachel Cary, Learning Solutions Consultant, RWS

A key member of the RWS eLearning practice team, Rachel Cary is responsible for strategic consulting and creative direction for the design, development and implementation of corporate learning content for clients with global audiences. She brings 8+ years of practical experience in corporate learning and development to bear in her role, having worked in Instructional design and training consultant positions in the U.S. and Canada. Rachel has led the design and facilitation of multilingual training courses in leadership and sales skills, labor management and software use, and has designed, developed and delivered dozens of interactive eLearning courses, video and audio content, as well as multi-day, blended virtual / instructor-led training programs. Familiar with working in regulated environments where semantics and linguistic accuracy language is a crucial element, Rachel has a wealth of practical knowledge and hard-won experience.

Ashley is an award-winning eLearning Developer, Instructional Designer, Author, and Speaker with nearly two decades of professional experience across various industries. She currently works as Director of Learning at Artha Learning Inc. She has a master’s degree in education in post-secondary studies from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Bachelor of Arts in linguistics and psychology from Saint Mary’s University. Ashley is passionate about developing training solutions for any industry, fostering the lifelong learning movement, and making learning as simple and effective as possible for each and every learner. She has published two books on Articulate Storyline and delivered numerous presentations and workshops on eLearning development and instructional design. She is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and experience with others and enjoys learning from others in the field.
