Speaker

Oliver Nussbaum, Managing Director, imc Learning

Oliver Nussbaum, managing director at imc Learning, is an entrepreneur and eLearning pioneer. After starting in business management at university, he left to explore computer design during a semester abroad in the U.S. in the 1990s. This inspired him to create learning videos, leading to the founding of an eLearning startup, initially operating above a Siemens shop. The company grew to 25 employees across Germany, Austria and Switzerland before being acquired by imc in 2008. This transition transformed him from an entrepreneur to an employee, but he still carries an entrepreneurial spirit, now driving innovation in the eLearning sector.

Kenneth Littlepage, L&D Project Leader, imc Learning

Kenneth Littlepage, MBA, is a seasoned learning and development project manager with a zest for exploration and a penchant for embracing new experiences. At the heart of his philosophy is the mantra #DoMoreOfWhatMakesuHappy! He believes in taking the road less traveled to discover unseen opportunities and perspectives. Kenneth is people-oriented and committed to supporting others in achieving their goals. Professionally, Kenneth has led multidisciplinary teams to deliver eLearning experiences to customers and is currently the host of ”The Learning Curve” — a podcast about digitalization and learning.
