Thursday | September 26, 2024 |
1:45 – 2:45 p.m. ET
This session explores the essential elements of creating and implementing a successful learning strategy in today’s dynamic environment. Participants will engage in active chats on the challenges they face in developing effective learning initiatives and discover practical solutions to overcome these obstacles. We’ll introduce the concept of Strategy On A Page (SOAP) as a powerful tool for communicating and aligning stakeholders around key strategic elements.
Joining us from WeLearn, Sean Stowers, founder and CEO, and Dr. Bill Ryan, strategic partner, will engage participants with real-world examples faced when developing strategic learning solutions. Using a case study, Stowers and Dr. Ryan will provide participants with insights and practical tools to enhance their organization’s learning initiatives and drive sustainable growth.
By the end of this interactive session, participants will be able to:
- Define the key components of a comprehensive learning strategy and explain their importance in organizational success.
- Identify common challenges in implementing learning strategies and describe approaches to address them effectively.
- Explain the purpose and benefits of a Strategy On A Page (SOAP) in the context of learning and development (L&D) initiatives.
- List the essential elements that should be included in a well-crafted SOAP for maximum impact and clarity.
